Shipping policy

Processing:

All orders will be processed in 1-3 business days depending on items.  You can track it on our website by logging in your account.

Shipping:

We use Australia Post as default.

Australia wide:
Standard shipping is at a fixed rate of AU$6.95. Estimated shipping time is 3-7 business days after dispatch. Some items may take longer to arrive due to high demand and Covid. Your patience is very appreciated.

Express shipping is available at a fix rate of AU$12.15.  Estimated shipping time is 1-3 business days after dispatch. 

Worldwide: 
International shipping may take longer depending on countries.

Wrong Addresses/ Non Collected Orders
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct. In the event that a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address being provided, you will be charged a re-delivery fee of $14.95 if you want the order sent again.

If your order is taken to the Post Office for collection please ensure it is picked up within 10 business days.  If it's not collected within that time it will be returned back to us and you will be charged a reshipping fee of $14.95 if you want the parcel resent.  Or if you'd prefer a refund, the postage return fee of $10 and the original shipping cost will be subtracted from your refund.
